Galfan Wire is a special galvanizing wire, the coating is Zinc-Aluminum Alloy. As Galfan Wire’s corrosion resistance performance is around three times stronger than regular galvanized wire. It’s widely used in high humidity conditions, like coastal areas, forests, etc.
*Two types: Aluminum content is 5% or 10%, called 5%AL Galfan, or 10%AL Galfan.
*Diameter range: 1.80mm-6.00mm out of high carbon; 2.00-9.00mm out of low carbon.
*Tensile range: the same as normal zinc coating wire. Huayuan can make UTS level ( Ultra High Tensile Strength)
*Coating: ClassA, ClassB, and Class C. Class B is the most common level. Huayuan can make Class C extra high zinc coating level.
*Standard: ASTM B 803, ASTM B-958 etc
*Application: can be made for meshes, nails, gabion boxes, cables, ropes, fittings,cars, etc.
